We are currently seeking a ERP Advisor to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Job Title: Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Experience: 8+ years

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant who will own both day-to-day production support and solutioning/implementation of new business requirements across Oracle Fusion Financials. This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional expertise, hands-on execution, and the ability to engage with senior finance stakeholders including CFOs and Finance Managers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Support & Ticket Management

• Manage and resolve day-to-day support tickets across Oracle Fusion Finance modules within defined SLAs
• Perform issue triage, root cause analysis, and provide sustainable fixes
• Communicate effectively with business users on ticket status, priorities, and resolution timelines
• Set realistic expectations with stakeholders based on workload and bandwidth

2. Solutioning & Enhancements

• Analyze business requirements and design functional solutions aligned with Oracle Fusion capabilities
• Drive enhancements, configurations, and implementations across finance modules
• Prepare functional design documents (FDD), solution approaches, and test scenarios
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations

3. Stakeholder Management

• Act as a primary functional interface between IT and Finance stakeholders
• Engage with CFOs, Finance Managers, and Controllers to understand business needs
• Provide advisory on best practices, process improvements, and system optimization

4. Hands-On Delivery

• Perform configurations in modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.
• Support UAT cycles, data validation, and deployment activities
• Ensure high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Financials Certification (Mandatory)
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials (Fusion Must; EBS exposure is a plus)
• Strong hands-on expertise in core modules:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CM)
• Deep understanding of accounting principles (e.g., IFRS/GAAP, financial close, reconciliations)
• Proven experience in production support + enhancements/implementations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage stakeholder expectations
