ERP Advisor

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant core BA experience in a client facing role 
• Minimum of 3 years of BA skillset - Requirements Engineering and Processes   

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management with senior stakeholders   

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating high-quality detailed business requirements, process and training documentation   

• Sourcing requirements from appropriate stakeholders with varying seniority   

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in manufacturing domain as Business Analyst   

• The ability to produce process documentation including process maps, flow diagrams, requirement specifications, functional designs, and features stories etc.   

• Minimum of 3 years work experience with Agile environment and Azure Devops tool.    

• Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills   

• Good understanding of techniques with respect to problem solving and decision making   

• Understanding of industry-standard modelling standards and methodologies   

• Minimum 3 years of successful involvement in projects through the full project life cycle   

• Minimum 3 years of experience of handling conflicting demands, prioritizing workloads, and delegating effectively in order to deliver   

• Demonstrable team working and individual working skills 

Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
