ERP Testing Manager

ERP Test Manager - Infor LN:

Job Duties:

• Project Manage testing team
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Define Test Strategy for customer
• Coach team members to write effective Functional and End to End Test Cases (covering various scenarios functional / regression / negative etc)
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Ensure deliverables meeting agreed quality and standard

Skills:

• Overall 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of experience in leading ERP Test Teams (SAP / Oracle / Infor LN)
• Experience in conducting Test Assessments for understanding maturity levels and defining plan to improve maturity levels
• Experience in defining Test Strategy for customers
• Strong knowledge in end-to-end business process in any of the functional areas (Logistics / Mfg / Quality / Engineering / Finance)
• Excellent Testing skills and experience in writing functional and end to end test cases
• Experience in large scale discrete manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
