Einstein Analytics Engineer

We are currently seeking a Einstein Analytics Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Minimum 6+ years of work experience in Salesforce.com Projects with 3+ years working with Einstein Analytics.
Expertise in building Recipes, enhancing analytics performance, and providing case support for CRM Analytics users. 
Should work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, and analytics users to ensure reliable dashboards, datasets, and data pipelines.
Working experience in Salesforce platform with diversified exposure to platform capabilitites like Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning, LWC and Integration.

Key Responsibilities:
Analytics Development
Convert existing Dataflows to Recipes in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Design, build, and optimize Recipes, Datasets, and Dataflows.
Ensure data transformations follow best practices for scalability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion and transformation.

Dashboard & Reporting
Develop and maintain CRM Analytics dashboards and lenses.
Enhance dashboard performance and usability.
Implement row-level security and dataset security predicates.

Support & Maintenance
Provide production support for CRM Analytics users.
Investigate and resolve Einstein Analytics support cases.
Monitor scheduled dataflows/recipes and resolve failures.
Work with Salesforce admins and developers to troubleshoot integration issues.
 
Required Skills & Experience
Salesforce & Analytics
Strong experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics / Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
Experience building Recipes, Dataflows, and Datasets.
Strong understanding of SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language).
Experience creating interactive dashboards and lenses.
 
Data & Technical Skills
Strong data transformation and data modeling skills.
Experience with SQL and data analysis.
Experience troubleshooting data refresh.
 
Salesforce Platform
Good understanding of the Salesforce Platform.
Knowledge of Salesforce objects, relationships, and security model.
Experience working with Salesforce reports and standard data structures.

Good to have certifications: Platform Developer I and II, Sales Cloud.
Good communication skills.
