  • Lead financial reporting and governance across multiple programs, projects, and workstreams within the customer portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain consolidated portfolio-level financial views covering revenue, cost, margin, profitability, budget, forecast, actuals, and financial variances.
  • Drive periodic financial reviews and provide clear insights into financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Own and coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic reforecasting activities across the portfolio.

  • Identify gaps between committed and realized value and drive appropriate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop executive-level value realization dashboards and reports that clearly articulate financial and business outcomes.
  • Support the development and validation of business cases for transformation initiatives and investments.

Cross-Portfolio Governance

  • Establish common financial governance, reporting standards, definitions, and measurement methodologies across programs.
  • Work closely with Program Managers, Delivery Leads, Finance, Commercial, PMO, and Account Leadership to ensure consistent reporting.

Executive & Customer Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a senior point of contact for finance, value realization, and portfolio performance reporting.
  • Prepare and present financial and value performance reports to senior executives, account leadership, steering committees, and customer stakeholders.
  • Translate complex financial information into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with customer finance and business stakeholders to align financial reporting and value measurement methodologies.
  • Proactively highlight financial risks, forecast deviations, value realization challenges, and opportunities requiring leadership attention.

Commercial & Financial Governance

  • Support commercial governance, including financial evaluation of scope changes, transformation initiatives, and new opportunities.
  • Monitor portfolio profitability and identify opportunities for cost optimization, margin improvement, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide financial inputs into commercial discussions, contract reviews, renewals, and portfolio planning where required.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational financial controls, governance standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Support internal and external financial reviews and audits as required.
