We are currently seeking a Fortra Automate Support Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Job Duties: Roles & Responsibilities:
• Experience in monitoring and managing the jobs in Fortra Automation
• Have an experience in SQL data queries
• Experience in Supporting the Automate projects
• Experience in utilizing ITSM ticketing tools like Service Now / Remedy / Jira / others
• Knowledge in any other programming languages (Python / Node.JS)
• Knowledge in other RPA tools (UiPath / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere) is preferred
• Support the Hyper care period after the go-live.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 3+ years of support experience on supporting the automation bots
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders

Preferences:
• Experience working with development teams preferred
• Experience in collaborating with support teams preferred
• Ability is work in the monthly rotational shift models (afternoon / night shifts)

Minimum Skills Required: Python - 2+ yrs
Any RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) - 2+ yrs
