Functional Consultant Sr. Advisor

Oracle Cloud Financials / CHRM Consultant

• Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud & CHRM Functional resource with minimum of 15 years of overall Oracle Applications experience that includes at least 5 years of Oracle Cloud work experience
• Well versed across core Fusion Financials Modules - AP, AR, GL, CM, FA, Expenses & Tax, CHRM
• CHRM experience is a MUST
• Hands-on implementation or support experience on at least 3 Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud projects
• Awareness of Subledger Accounting, Accounting Standards like IFRS, VAT would be added advantage
• Intensive experience on receivables processes like Customer Invoicing, Bill Presentment, Collections, Credit Limits, Dunning Letters, Revenue Recognition etc.
• Setup and support experience on AR Lockboxes processes like transmission formats, validation and posting receipts
• Knowledge on Funds Capture Receipt – manage customer payments through credit cards
• Awareness of AR Bills Receivables and other AR Receipt related concepts like Factoring, Discounting, Remittance
• Experience with import of master and transactional data from legacy systems into Oracle
• Setup and support experience on Expenses Cloud and credit card integration process
• Setup and support experience on Oracle Cash Management – bank statement formats like SWIFT MT940, BAI2, automatic reconciliation of bank statements, trouble-shooting statement errors etc.
• Good functional knowledge on Data Conversion, Rapid Implementation Spreadsheets, File Based Data Load, Migrations, Inbound / Outbound Interfaces, OTBI Reports
• Ability to translate business requirements into workable standard or custom solutions
• Very good analytical and communication skills
• Experience on providing multi-country, multi-business unit support to clients
• Prepare test, training scripts, functional specification documents etc. per AIM - Application Implementation Methodology
• Experience on creating Oracle Service Requests for code-fix, data-fix, product bugs etc. and tracking them to closure
• Certification from Oracle University on Oracle Fusion Financials or EBS R12 Financials would be added advantage
• Prior experience on using incident management tool and familiarity with ticket status like User Wait, Testing etc.
• Willing to operate from 1pm to 11pm IST hours.

Education:

• Degree: Bachelors or higher-level degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
