Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Integration Developer with deep expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including Application Integration (CAI) and Data Integration (DI), along with hands-on Salesforce integration experience. The ideal candidate will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for designing, developing, and deploying robust integration solutions between cloud and on-prem systems using Informatica Cloud and Salesforce platforms.
 
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end integration solutions using Informatica IICS (CAI & DI). 
Implement real-time and batch data integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. 
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. 
Build and orchestrate processes, APIs, connectors, and mappings using Informatica CAI. 
Manage data synchronization, error handling, and retry logic in complex integration workflows. 
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integration pipelines to ensure high performance and reliability. 
Serve as a SME on Informatica integrations, providing technical leadership and best practices to the broader team. 
Support and improve the CI/CD pipeline and deployment strategies for integration artifacts. 
Maintain documentation for integration architecture, mapping specifications, and workflows. 
Work with Salesforce teams to ensure integration best practices are followed and platform limits are respected.
 
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Integration Development, with a focus on cloud-native solutions. 
Expert-level knowledge in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including: 
Cloud Application Integration (CAI) 
Cloud Data Integration (CDI/DI) 
Strong experience in Salesforce platform integration (SOAP/REST APIs, Platform Events, Bulk API, etc.). 
Proven experience with integration design patterns such as request-reply, publish-subscribe, and orchestration. 
Proficiency in building APIs, using Service Connectors, Process Designer, Mappings, and Mapping Tasks. 
Deep understanding of data transformation, error handling, and integration monitoring strategies. 
Experience working with Relational Databases, cloud storage (e.g., AWS S3), and on-premise data sources. 
Familiarity with OAuth2, API security, authentication mechanisms, and integration lifecycle management. 
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications
Informatica Cloud or IICS certifications (e.g., IICS Developer Specialist). 
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer, Integration Architect). 
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. 
Experience with other integration tools or ETL platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Talend) is a plus.
