We are currently seeking a Kneat Admin/Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of regulated GxP/GMP environments and controlled system operations.
- Experience supporting validation platforms, digital quality systems, or comparable enterprise/business applications.
- Knowledge of platform governance (Kneat platform), application administration, service management, change management, incident management, and audit readiness.
- Experience coordinating platform upgrades, patches, and releases in a controlled environment.
- Familiarity with user access management and compliance-driven operational processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional IT, business, and vendor teams.
- Experience supporting audit and inspection activities, including documentation and compliance requirements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track operational performance, incidents, and service trends.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee platform governance and operational controls to ensure stable and compliant system operations.
- Provide administration oversight, including access management, configuration monitoring, and operational continuity.
- Perform user management activities such as user onboarding, role/access modifications, and deactivation of user accounts.
- Coordinate platform patching, upgrades, and release activities with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Raise and track change requests, tickets, and approvals required for implementation activities.
- Monitor service levels and support operations, ensuring timely issue resolution and escalation management.
- Track and manage incidents, user requests, operational risks, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Support audit and inspection readiness by maintaining required documentation and ensuring adherence to controlled processes.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on platform changes, compliance requirements, risk management, and periodic reviews.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, governance updates, and platform health metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through analysis of service trends and operational performance data.
- Ensure platform operations align with business objectives, compliance expectations, and established support processes.
