Job Summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Product Information & Labeling Consultant to support the creation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of product labeling and product information for Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Pharmaceuticals, and Healthcare products. The role will ensure labels, IFUs, packaging artwork, and related documentation meet regulatory, quality, and business requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, update, and maintain product labels, IFUs, packaging artwork, and product information.
• Manage labeling changes through established change control and document management processes.
• Ensure compliance with global labeling regulations, internal procedures, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate label review, approval workflows, and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Support UDI (Unique Device Identification) implementation and maintenance activities.
• Perform impact assessments for product, process, and regulatory changes affecting labeling.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product Management teams.
• Maintain accurate document control records and labeling documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance labeling accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Product Labeling, Product Information Management, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or related functions.
• Experience managing labeling content, IFUs, packaging artwork, and product information documentation.
• Hands-on experience with document control systems, change management, and approval workflows.
• Knowledge of labeling requirements for Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Pharmaceuticals, or Healthcare products.
• Strong attention to detail with a compliance-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Medical Device, Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industries.
• Knowledge of UDI regulations and multilingual labeling processes.
• Experience working with PLM, ERP, Labeling Management Systems, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with global regulatory requirements and product lifecycle management processes.
