We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, ​​​​​​​India.

Expertise in project coordination, project management or related experience - Experience in managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies. - Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, resource management, risk management - Ability to develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate project status to stakeholders - Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities, Integrations - Ability to engage stakeholders proactively, solicit feedback, and manage expectations to ensure alignment with project objectives. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey project objectives, priorities, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements, align on project goals, and resolve conflicts - Experience in developing change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs to support Salesforce implementations. - Ability to anticipate and address potential challenges, issues, and obstacles that may arise during the course of Salesforce projects - Willingness to seek feedback, learn from experiences, and continuously improve as a Salesforce Program Manager.
