We are currently seeking a Project Program Management Advisor to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Overall 10-15 years of experience, with five or more years of project management, Agile/Scrum management, with an ability to manage multiple projects with good experience on onshore/offshore model projects

Mainframes Technical PMO who is expertise on Product support(Whole Life Vantage Product) 
Experience in projects involving  mainframe and other integration skills. 
Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Create comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients, NTT leaders and other staff members.Lead the budget and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
Assign and track the progress of daily tasks of the team members to ensure to meet the established milestones
Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders.
Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.
Excellent skills in risk management to minimize project risks, communicate the risks to the leadership in timely manner. Report and escalate to management as needed
Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Solid work experience in change management principles and implementing the change
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
Proven success working with all levels of management
Strong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred skills and qualifications
Strong working knowledge in insurance industry is a plus 
Experience in  proposal building, negotiation skills Excellent presentation skills
