We are currently seeking a Project Program Sr. Director to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Overview:

Builds and provides direction to the Project / Program Management function.  Defines and develops IT project / program management best practices, processes and policy to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and goals.  Partners with multi-departmental leadership and other stakeholders to locate opportunities and develop and prioritize projects according to relevant measurement criteria.  Leads project / program managers to ensure that all projects are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements. 

Duties

•           Provides direction and guidance for administration and results of multiple departments withing a work area

•           Translates business plans into objectives and exercises latitude in managing operations

•           Accomplishes results through the efforts of subordinate managers / professional team members

•           Directs the efforts of others and profices oversight into all aspects of project delivery

•           Develops and maintains strong relationships at the executive level within the client organization

•           Responsible for significant components of multiple projects

•           Regularly works with cross functional stakeholders

•           Involved in making complex decisions that may have a broad impact to client customer operations or program objectives

8 - 10 years of relevant exp. is required
