RPA Sr Developer

We are seeking a skilled RPA developer to design, develop, and deploy new robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using UI path. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and IT teams to understand automation requirements and deliver efficient and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities:

1. Automation design and development:

• Design, develop and test new bots using UI path studio and other UI path components.
• Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specification.

2. Workflow creation:

• Create reusable and modular workflows that follow best practices and UI path development standards.
• Ensure automation workflows are efficient dependable and scalable.

3. Testing and Deployment:

• Perform end to end testing of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and robustness.
• Deploy bots to production environments and monitor their performance post deployment.

4. Documentation:

• Maintain detailed documentation of automation workflows, including process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).
• Document troubleshooting guidelines for the bots to assist in post deployment support.

5. Maintenance and Optimization:

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed bots, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Identify opportunities for improving and optimising existing RPA processes.

6. Collaboration and Training.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and IT teams, to align RPA initiatives with business goals.
• Train team members and end-users on the use and functionality of developed bots.

 Preferred qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in implementing RPA solutions.
• Strong knowledge of UI path studio, orchestrator and Robot.
• Experience in creating, debugging and optimising workflows.
• Strong understanding of C#, VB.NET or Python for scripting.
• Expertise in designing process flows and automating repetitive tasks.
• Ability to handle exceptions effectively and familiarity with debugging tools in UI path.
• Ability to interact with stakeholders to understand business processes.
• Familiarities with other RPA tools like Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
