We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist Advisor to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Role Overview:
The Release Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving release management processes, ensuring timely and quality delivery of software updates and system changes.
This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, stakeholder coordination, and risk management to align software releases with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Release Planning & Coordination:
• Develop and manage release schedules, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT capabilities.
• Coordinate across multiple teams, including development, QA and operations, to ensure smooth deployments.
• Facilitate release readiness reviews and approvals.
• Process Improvement & Governance:
• Define and enhance release management processes to improve efficiency and minimize risks.
• Implement best practices and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Agile, DevOps) for effective release management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Risk & Issue Management:
• Identify potential release risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor release performance and address any issues that arise post-deployment.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and dependencies.
• Stakeholder Communication & Documentation:
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication.
• Maintain detailed release documentation, including release notes, change logs, and impact assessments.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on release status and performance.
• Tooling & Automation Support:
• Work with DevOps teams to implement automation in release and deployment processes.
• Ensure the effective use of tools like Jenkins, Git, ServiceNow, JIRA, or other ITSM/CI/CD tools.
• Analyze release metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Domain Specific:
• Basic level understanding of the landscape spread across Enterprise Content Manager & Capture, at a basic level
• Generate report metrics on a per app basis and deduce inferences & trends. •
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 6-8+ years in release management, IT service management, or a related area.
Technical Knowledge:
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and ITSM tools.
Desirable qualifications:
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Have basic understanding of financial regulations.
• Possess a good exposure to Scrum Master responsibilities on the What, Why and How aspects.
