We are currently seeking a SAP Data Migration Lead to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Responsibilities: Our Data Conversion Consultant – S4/HANA modules Duties include but may not be limited to:

• Support for S/4 HANA implementation, deployment projects by performing the analysis, design and implementation of data migration processes from SAP ECC and other systems to S/4 HANA
• Compile and confirm Data Object Inventory.
• Work closely with Functional Team and Business for data mapping, transformation and validation rules for migrating objects from legacy systems to SAP.
• Provide guidance to Business in data harmonization and data cleansing.

Years of Experience

• Typically requires 5+ years relevant functional data conversion experience
• Data migration cockpit knowledge/experience preferred, but not required
• Experience performing field mapping and value mapping from legacy systems to SAP
• Functional experience in different SAP modules
• Good functional knowledge of Master & Transaction Data and its related SAP Tables and Transaction Codes

Education and Certifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• Solid knowledge of data migration into SAP
• Solid knowledge of processes and data
• Solid analytical / problem solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.
• Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources. Strong client service attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts to support our global clients

Language

• English Fluency is preferred but not mandatory
