We are currently seeking a SAP Datasphere Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Job Title: SAP Datasphere Consultant

Role Summary

The SAP Datasphere Consultant will design, develop, and support enterprise data models and analytics solutions using SAP Datasphere (formerly SAP Data Warehouse Cloud). This role partners with business, functional, and technical teams to enable secure, scalable, and business-ready data products across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models, spaces, and views in SAP Datasphere to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Lead and support end-to-end implementations involving data ingestion, transformation, semantic modeling, and data exposure.
• Build and manage connections to SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA) and non-SAP sources.
• Develop and optimize data flows using SAP Datasphere data builder, integration monitor, and catalog capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into scalable data models.
• Support integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for dashboards, planning models, and stories.
• Ensure data security, authorisations, and governance using Datasphere$B!G(Js space-level and object-level security.
• Perform performance tuning, data validation, and troubleshooting of models and data pipelines.
• Document solution designs, data models, and operational procedures.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of overall SAP experience, with 2+ years in SAP Datasphere / SAP Data Warehouse Cloud.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • SAP Datasphere modeling (Facts, Dimensions, Analytical Datasets)
  • Spaces, Business Builder, and Data Builder
  • Data integration from SAP and non-SAP sources
• Solid understanding of SAP HANA, SQL, and data modeling principles.
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA Native Modeling, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, star/snowflake schemas, and performance optimisation.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have

• (JSAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) story and planning model development.
• Exposure to SAP Integration Suite, SDI, or SDA.
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments (healthcare, pharma, finance).
• SAP certification in Datasphere, HANA, BW, or Analytics.

Education

• Bachelor$B!G(Js degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
