We are currently seeking a SAP PP QM Lead to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

SAP Rollout & Implementation
Participate in global template rollout projects for SAP PP and QM modules.
Conduct Fit-Gap analysis between global template and local business requirements.
Configure SAP PP and QM functionalities based on business needs.
Support SAP system deployment across new plants or regions.

Business Process Analysis

Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
Analyze manufacturing processes and map them to SAP PP/QM functionality.
Document business processes, solution designs, and functional specifications.

SAP PP Configuration
Configure core PP functionalities such as:
Demand Management
MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
Production Orders / Process Orders
Capacity Planning
Work Centers, BOM, Routings
Repetitive Manufacturing and Shop Floor Control.

SAP QM Configuration

Configure Quality Management processes including:
  * Quality Planning and Inspection Processes
  * Inspection Plans and Sampling Procedures
  * Quality Notifications
  * Vendor Quality Management
  * Incoming, In-process, and Final Inspections. ([metaplore.keka.com][1])

Integration with Other SAP Modules

Ensure integration between PP/QM and:
  * SAP MM (Procurement & Inventory)
  * SAP SD (Sales & Delivery)
  * SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
  * SAP WM/EWM (Warehouse Management)

### 6. Documentation & Testing
Prepare project deliverables such as:
  * Business Blueprint
  * Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
  * Configuration Documents
* Support testing phases:
  * Unit Testing
  * Integration Testing
  * User Acceptance Testing (UAT). ([hirist.tech][2])

Data Migration & Cutover
* Support master data migration (Materials, BOM, Routing, Inspection plans).
* Perform data upload using tools like LSMW or migration cockpit.
* Participate in **cutover planning and Go-Live activities**.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of SAP PP and SAP QM.
* Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations.
* Experience in global rollout or template deployment projects.
* Understanding of manufacturing processes such as MRP, MTS, MTO, and production execution
* Ability to write functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces.
* Strong stakeholder communication

Preferred Qualifications

* 8+ years of SAP PP/QM experience.
* At least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations or rollouts.
* Experience with SAP Activate / ASAP methodology.
* Exposure to batch management, serialization, and shop floor integration.
