SAP SAP Procurement / MM / Ariba

Min 3 years of domain experience
Sound knowledge of business process & best practices around material handling, purchase /procurement, warehouse, fleet & route management and physical inventory counts and audits.
Experience in creating Functional Specifications for ABAP developments and validating custom objects

Hands on SAP processes for min 4 years Strength in understanding of business processes /functionalities around material handling /purchase /procurement /replenishment strategies /assortment & planning, warehouse management, fleet management, route management, physical inventory count processes
Quick at understanding the business issues, pain points and challenges of org.
Knowledgeable on implementation + project + support related processes, issue tracking & management
Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing.

Ariba:

• Research and recommend innovative solutions while leveraging existing resources
• Build and maintain relationships as needed for support of the organization
• Management of ticket escalation based on established priorities and procedures
• Perform the following items with the Ariba Contracting tool:
  • Maintain organizational structures and master data
  • Maintain custom templates for the procurement and commercial areas
  • Be able to create new fields and field entries
  • Maintain security settings for user roles
  • Maintain workflows
  • Perform mass contract creation and updates
  • Resolve system issues and questions from Super Users
  • Perform user role audit activities and complete all required documentation
  • Provide reporting support and report creation

Qualifications

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:                  

• Strong knowledge of the Ariba Contract Management tool
• SAP MM/Prcourement
