6–10 years of experience in SAP Analytics and Reporting
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Experience working on live and import connections with S/4HANA and BW
Design and develop dashboards, stories, and analytical applications in SAC
Build models, calculations, measures, and data actions
Support planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytics use cases
Strong understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and reporting frameworks
Experience integrating data from S/4HANA, BW, and external data sources
Knowledge of CDS Views for analytical reporting and data consumption
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization
Experience supporting UAT, business validation, and production issues
Good documentation and stakeholder communication skills

Role & Responsibility
Facilitate design, development, and support of SAP SAC reporting and planning solutions
Gather, analyze, and document business reporting and analytics requirements
Translate business requirements into SAC models, stories, and dashboards
Design and optimize live reporting using CDS views and BW queries
Collaborate with functional, BW, and technical teams for data integration
Identify reporting gaps and propose analytics improvements or optimizations
Support UAT cycles, defect resolution, and post-go-live stabilization
Maintain technical and functional documentation
Proactively recommend performance and usability improvements
Support ongoing enhancements and change requests

Desired Skills & Experience
Experience in S/4HANA analytics transformation or SAC rollout projects
Strong understanding of CDS analytical views and embedded analytics
Exposure to predictive analytics and advanced SAC planning features
Experience working in Agile delivery or global rollout programs
SAP Analytics Cloud Certification is an added advantage
Strong business communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with Japanese customers is an added advantage
Willingness for short-term or long-term travel to Japan, based on project needs
Education Qualificaiton
PG/UG with Relevant Certification
