We are currently seeking a SAP_Datasphere_SAC_Developer Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

We are looking for a Senior SAP Datasphere & SAC Analytics Developer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑scale analytics solutions. This role requires deep expertise in semantic modeling, data architecture, and advanced analytics development across SAP’s cloud data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Datasphere Leadership

- Architect and implement enterprise‑grade semantic models, analytical datasets, and business data layers.

- Lead integration strategies between Datasphere and SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA, BTP, and other cloud data sources.

- Design data modeling frameworks, reusable objects, and governance standards.

- Drive performance optimization of data pipelines, transformations, and replication strategies.

- Ensure data quality, lineage, metadata standards, and security policies.

- Act as a subject matter expert for Business Data Fabric concepts.

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Expertise

- Develop complex SAC dashboards, analytic applications, and KPI‑rich visualizations.

- Build scalable SAC models aligned with Datasphere semantics.

- Implement advanced scripting using Analytics Designer.

- Lead design standards, UX frameworks, and enterprise KPI definitions.

- Manage SAC lifecycle including transports, versioning, and security.

Strategic Collaboration

- Translate business needs into enterprise data products.

- Mentor junior developers and analysts.

- Partner with architects and data teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

- Influence roadmap development for Datasphere, SAC, and analytics modernization.

Operational Excellence

- Lead troubleshooting across modeling layers and optimize performance.

- Produce documentation, modeling standards, and reusable templates.

- Participate in governance and architecture forums.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years in SAP Analytics with deep SAC and SAP data modeling expertise.

- 3+ years hands‑on with SAP Datasphere or BW/HANA modeling.

- Mastery of semantic modeling, datasets, Spaces, analytical models, and data flows.

- Strong SQL and performance tuning experience.

- Experience integrating with S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA, Datasphere, and SAP BTP.

- Proven ability to lead architecture discussions and mentor teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAP BTP services.

- SAC Planning expertise.

- Certifications in SAC, Datasphere, HANA, or BW.
