We are currently seeking a SF Developer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

"We are seeking an experienced and driven Lead Salesforce Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, integration, and architecture.  
Key Responsibilities: 

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Apex coding and integrations. 

Architect and implement Salesforce-to-Salesforce and Salesforce-to-external system integrations. 

Develop and enhance Salesforce Communities to improve user experience and engagement. 

Utilize declarative programming capabilities within Salesforce to streamline processes and enhance functionality. 

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices and coding standards, unblocking rest of the offshore developers 

Build SOAP/Rest API’s and automation. 

 
Qualifications: 

7+ years of strong hands-on coding experience in Apex.  

Strong hands-on skill with Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Platform, SOAP/Rest API. 

Expertise in Salesforce-to-Salesforce integrations and Salesforce-to-external system integrations using MuleSoft. 

Proven experience in developing Salesforce Communities. 

Proficiency in declarative programming within Salesforce. 

Self starter - who can pick things fast - help brain storm solutions. 

Proficiency in writing SOQL queries, database schema and data structures. 

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Experience with CI/CD practices and tools. Troubleshooting pipeline issues. 

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
