We are currently seeking a Salesforce DevOps Lead to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Job Description: Salesforce DevOps Lead

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce DevOps Lead to oversee our end-to-end Salesforce development and release management processes. This role requires expertise in DevOps practices, GitHub branching strategies, automation, and Salesforce administration. The ideal candidate will drive efficient deployments, manage sandbox environments, and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery of business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Version Control & Branching

• Manage GitHub repositories, branching strategies, and code merges.
• Ensure proper governance and code quality standards across teams.

Development & Automation

• Work with VS Code and Shell scripting for automation tasks.
• Design and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD processes.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Salesforce Administration

• Oversee sandbox refreshes, user access, and environment setup.
• Manage Salesforce metadata and configuration changes.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and security standards.

Release & Deployment Management

• Plan and execute deployments across multiple Salesforce environments.
• Coordinate release planning with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues to ensure successful releases.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Act as the primary liaison between development, QA, and business teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and admins.
• Drive continuous improvement in DevOps processes and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Salesforce Administration and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in GitHub, branching strategies, and version control.
• Hands-on expertise with VS Code, Shell scripting, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce environments, sandbox management, and deployment processes.
• Experience in release planning and coordinating with multiple teams.
