Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SFDC Architect with 15+ yrs experience to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, a strong background in system architecture, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. You will play a key role in shaping the Salesforce strategy, driving best practices, and ensuring that solutions align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design and Architecture:
• Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions for both functional and technical requirements.
• Define the overall Salesforce architecture, including integration patterns, data models, and security controls.
• Lead the design of complex customizations, integrations, and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
2. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to ensure requirements are clearly defined and solutions meet business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and offer strategic advice on how Salesforce can improve business processes.
3. Integration and Customization:
• Oversee integration of Salesforce with other enterprise applications and data systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Design and implement advanced automation using Salesforce features such as Flow, Process Builder, and Apex.
4. Technical Leadership:
• Lead and mentor development teams to ensure high-quality coding standards and effective use of Salesforce technologies.
• Review code, conduct technical assessments, and ensure adherence to architectural principles and best practices.
5. Salesforce Platform Expertise:
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and updates, evaluating new features to continuously improve the platform’s capabilities.
• Leverage various Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) to build solutions that fit the business needs.
6. Data Management and Security:
• Define data management strategies and ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Implement and oversee data migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
7. Performance and Scalability:
• Ensure the solution is designed for scalability, high performance, and ease of maintenance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize Salesforce implementations for speed and efficiency.
8. Quality Assurance and Testing:
• Work with QA teams to define and ensure the execution of thorough testing plans for all customizations and integrations.
• Manage the deployment pipeline and ensure smooth releases and post-deployment support.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred).
• Extensive experience with the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proven experience in architecting solutions using Salesforce tools and technologies such as Salesforce Lightning, Data Integration, and AppExchange integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including design patterns, governor limits, and performance optimization.
