We are currently seeking a Scrum master/Project Manager' to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

 Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Kanban to guide development and delivery.

• At high level grasp of the technical aspects of the projects, including software development experience, IT infrastructure.

• Thorough understanding of the Scrum principles, values, roles, events; Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and artifacts Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment.

• Knowledge of tools like version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and specialized areas like cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and DevOps can be beneficial for supporting the team effectively.

• Proactively identifying challenges, analysing root causes, evaluating options, and making timely and informed decisions to keep the project on track are essential skills.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and managing their expectations.

• Adjusting plans and strategies in response to changing project requirements, technical challenges, or shifting priorities.

• skilfully negotiating with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to resolve conflicts and ensure project success.

• Identifying potential risks (internal and external), assessing their impact, and developing strategies to prevent or minimize their effects is crucial for project success.

• Strong Communication skills to clearly and effectively conveying information to the team and stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and ensuring shared understanding.
