ServiceNow development:
Designing and building: Designing, coding, and troubleshooting applications 
Configuring and customizing: Configuring and customizing workflows, forms, and scripts 
Maintaining: Maintaining the ServiceNow platform and infrastructure 
ServiceNow administration: Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform administration, including system dictionary, workflows, and user interface customization. 
Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting issues and providing user support and training.
Testing: Producing and running test cases, and creating test plans and suites.
Documenting: Documenting code and application functionality.
Collaboration with stakeholders:
Working with product managers, other peer developers, and designers to ensure localization requirements are integrated into the development process.
