We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead Vulnerability Response to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

"We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead with over 6 years of experience to  lead and deliver ServiceNow custom Vulnerability Response (VR) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions for financial industry vertical. The ideal candidate will have experience designing architectural blueprint, setting development standards, leading teams, managing integrations with infrastructure and applications, and working with tools such as Qualys, Tanium, Black duck and others. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  •  Provide technical leadership in the implementation of ServiceNow custom VR, IRM, and related modules. 
  •  Design and oversee integrations with vulnerability scanners and security tools, including Qualys, Tenable, Tanium, WIZ, NETSPI, Aqua, sync, black duck, Nowsecure, dependency track, checkmarx, noname 
  •  Lead project teams in delivering ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements. 
  •  Guide the design of  custom workflows, scripts, and configurations to enhance vulnerability and risk management processes. 
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with IT infrastructure and applications. 
  •  Monitor and maintain performance, security, and compliance standards across implementations. 
 
Qualifications: 
  •  6+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including VR and IRM modules. 
  •  Proven experience leading teams and projects in ServiceNow implementation. 
  •  Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party security tools. 
  •  Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, and security operations best practices. 
  •  Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. 
 
Preferred: 
  •  ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (VR, IRM or  SecOps). 
  •  Experience with API-based integrations. 
  •  Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes. "
