We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
Agiloft Developer (5 Years Experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agiloft Developer with a strong background in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, configuring, and customizing Agiloft solutions to support complex business processes. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, analyzing requirements, and delivering scalable solutions within the Agiloft platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agiloft Configuration & Customization
- Design, configure, and customize Agiloft CLM modules, tables, forms, rules, dashboards, and workflows.
- Develop automated business rules, approval flows, notifications, and task assignments.
- Build and optimize contract templates, clause libraries, and metadata structures.
2. Solution Development
- Implement integrations using REST APIs, web services, and third‑party connectors.
- Develop custom scripts within Agiloft (JavaScript, Groovy, or Agiloft scripting tools).
- Create advanced reports, analytics, and dashboards for business users.
3. Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with business teams to understand contract processes and operational challenges.
- Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Recommend system enhancements and best practices aligned with Agiloft capabilities.
4. System Administration & Support
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Troubleshoot system issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.
- Support system upgrades, regression testing, and environment migrations.
5. Documentation & Training
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, configuration guides, and data dictionaries.
- Conduct user training sessions and create knowledge‑base materials.
- Provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders and end users.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Agiloft (CLM or Service Desk modules preferred).
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes.
- Proficiency in Agiloft business rules, workflows, table configuration, and UI customization.
- Experience with APIs and system integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and relational database concepts.
- Scripting experience (JavaScript, Groovy, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agiloft Certified Administrator or Solution Engineer certification.
- Experience integrating Agiloft with systems like Salesforce, SAP, DocuSign, or Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with contract compliance, procurement tools, and risk workflows.
Soft Skills
- Strong ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with legal, procurement, IT, and business teams.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Passion for automation and process optimization.
