We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
CERTA Developer / CERTA Implementation Specialist
Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled CERTA Developer with hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting workflows within the CERTA Risk, Compliance, and Supplier Management platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in workflow automation, integrations, data mapping, and building scalable onboarding and compliance processes for third parties, vendors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Configuration & Development
- Configure and customize CERTA workflows, forms, approvals, checklists, and business logic.
- Build automation using CERTA’s Workflow Studio, nodes, business rules, and UI components.
- Enhance vendor onboarding, due‑diligence, risk assessment, and monitoring flows.
2. Third‑Party Risk / Compliance Process Design
- Partner with Compliance, Procurement, Legal, InfoSec, and Finance teams to gather requirements.
- Translate policy requirements into workflow logic and automation in CERTA.
- Configure risk scoring models, risk tiers, conditional review triggers, and questionnaire logic.
3. Integrations & Data Management
- Implement integrations using APIs, SFTP, webhooks, or CERTA connectors (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Workday, Salesforce).
- Map data fields across systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Handle entity data ingestion, enrichment (KYB/KYC), and reporting automation.
4. System Administration & Support
- Manage user roles, permissions, groups, and access control.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, workflow failures, and data discrepancies.
- Support UAT, regression testing, platform upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
5. Documentation & Training
- Create platform documentation, SOPs, data dictionaries, and configuration guides.
- Conduct training for end users, reviewers, and internal teams.
- Provide post‑go‑live support, enhancements, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience working with CERTA or similar workflow/TPRM platforms
(e.g., Aravo, Coupa Risk Assess, MetricStream, Archer, OneTrust). - Strong understanding of supplier onboarding, due diligence, risk, ESG, and compliance workflows.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation, forms, scripting, and configuration logic.
- Experience with API integrations, JSON, Webhooks, or data pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL basics, or data mapping concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Procurement, Third‑Party Risk, or Compliance teams.
- Knowledge of InfoSec assessment processes, SOC reports, AML/KYC checks, sanctions screening, etc.
- Experience with enterprise tools like SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Workday, or ServiceNow.
- CERTA certification (if applicable) or experience working directly with CERTA support team.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and requirement‑gathering skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
