We are currently seeking a Solarwinds   - Systems Administration Senior Associate to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

NOC monitoring
Be a part of 24/7 Shift based monitoring team.
Monitor infrastructure for availability and other factors on Solarwinds. 
Basic knowledge/understanding of Switches, Routers, Firewalls, wireless devices, Servers, and storage.

Moniroting Backups
1st level troubleshooting of issues.

Follow Up on Incidents and tasks.

Timely acknowledgement of Incidents and tasks.

Ticket triage to respective Support Queues.

Vendor coordination for IPS and hardware related issues.
Escalate in a timely fashion.
Good communication (verbal and written).
