Systems Integration Senior Analyst

Your Role

As a member of the Security Technology Operations (STO) team at Client, the Lvl1 Security Technology Analyst will work with a global security toolkit, focusing on DLP and Endpoint Management using Microsoft Purview, Tanium and Qualys. The role will be primarily incident and service request focused while working with the more senior team members on various projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent incident and request handling
• Help attain and then maintain SLAs and KPIs
• Ensure system/application alerts are acknowledged and actioned
• Escalate issues to STO management and leadership as needed
• Conduct basic log analysis to identify potential data loss issues
• Assist in troubleshooting of system performance-related incidents
• Assist in the creation, configuration updates, and testing of DLP policies and Tanium workflows
• Support change request creation, representation, and implementation for the technology stack
• Provide general workstation and server troubleshooting support for the technology stack

Experience:

• Prior experience with and understanding of Data Loss Prevention terminology and processes
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as PowerBi, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting
• 1-3 years of experience in a security operations role
• Understanding of Windows, MacOS, and *nix operating systems
• Confidence in troubleshooting
• Good communication skills
