We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• 3-5 years of experience in managing Windows servers Patching and/or related infrastructure preferred
• Experience in Deploying/Customizing software Packages via SCCM/BigFix
• 1-3 years of experience in Qualys Guard Scanner tool.
• Well versed with ITIL framework and other process
• Desktop application management and deployment
• Experience with database querying (Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL)
• Strong understanding of network services, vulnerabilities and attacks. Knowledge of application exploits and vulnerabilities
• Windows Server support, including local user/group management, security policy, task scheduler, event logs, performance monitoring, group policy, PowerShell remoting, file/share permissions
• Install system Security patches and application updates as directed
• Troubleshoot SCCM, Qualys Agent issues
• Troubleshoot patching related issues
• Basics knowledge on SQL queries
• Experience in ServiceNow Ticketing tool.
• Maintain security, integrity and business resilience controls and documentation. (E.g. Config Mgt plans for existing business applications).
• Support continual improvement of the vulnerability management platform, processes, and technical assessment support
• Drive remediation effort and participate in incident remediation activities
• Knowledge about Modifying CMDB and CI's in ServiceNow
• High level understanding of technology infrastructure, security concepts and platforms
• Information security standards/frameworks (ie, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001) skills
