We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Role Overview The Manhattan WMS / MAWM Configuration & Support Specialist is responsible for configuring, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting Manhattan Warehouse Management System solutions. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise in supply chain, warehouse operations, and Manhattan platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Configure and implement Manhattan WMS / MAWM modules including inbound, outbound, inventory, labor, and related workflows. • Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations and functional specifications. • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, integration problems, and system defects across environments. • Support day to day WMS operations including monitoring, incident resolution, and performance tuning. • Lead or participate in WMS implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities. • Develop functional specification documents (FSDs) for integrations between MAWM and ERP systems such as SAP. • Collaborate with cross functional teams including operations, IT, and third party logistics partners. • Document configuration changes, SOPs, and support processes for ongoing maintenance. • Support migration from legacy WMS systems to Manhattan Active WMS where applicable. Sources: Required Skills & Experience • Strong supply chain and warehouse domain knowledge, especially in distribution and 3PL logistics. • Hands on experience with Manhattan WMS (WM 2018 or above) and Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) configurations. • Experience in troubleshooting and supporting Manhattan solutions such as Yard Management, Slotting Optimization, SCI Reporting (preferred). • Ability to analyze business processes and convert them into system configurations. • Experience with integration workflows between WMS and ERP systems (SAP preferred). • Minimum 6 years of experience in Manhattan Active WMS for MAWM specific roles. • Strong understanding of inbound and outbound warehouse functions and operational requirements. • Good communication and documentation skills for working with business and technical teams. Sources: Preferred Qualifications • Experience with SCI Reporting, Yard Management, Slotting Optimization. • Knowledge of TMS or other Manhattan supply chain products. • Experience in retail, apparel, grocery, or specialty distribution environments. 

Should have worked in Retail Domain. Should be able to perform Root cause analysis on the production job abends and provide fixes as per the SLAs. Should be able to handle to the user requests/calls on the application functionalities or business questions and provide responses/solutions. Should be able to provide & implement fixes for Maintenance tasks (Bug fix, performance tuning etc) and provide & implement solutions to enhancement requests as per the SDLC. Should be able to provide & implement solutions for any automation needs. Should have good communication skills and co-ordination skills to work in on-site/off-shore model and communicate with Business users & Tech-leads Should be flexible to work in 24/7 production support environment The person will have to be on-call during weekends - usually this will be rotated with offshore every alternate week. Should be ready to work in Evening Shift (4 PM to 2 AM).
