Transaction Quality Assurance Sr.Analyst

Job Description

• Research requirements, provide accurate and timely quality evaluation of life
  applications, renewals, or cancellations by utilizing the Company’s policies, guidelines,
  medical, non-medical and financial factors and determine appropriate quality controls
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Provide superior customer service to the distribution channels
• Contribute to the building and maintaining of strong relationships within the organization
• Maintain an awareness of changing practices and regulations
• Work on related projects as assigned
• Able to serve as SME to provide input on department procedures or practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in a production-oriented environment
• 3 or more years of direct life insurance experience preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
