We are currently seeking a WMS Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).

Your Role In Our Team

• You will investigate and troubleshoot application issues reported by customers.
• You will be tasked with developing workaround solutions to resolve application issues.
• You will be responsible for reviewing knowledge containers for known errors & creation of knowledge as needed.
• You will replicate customer incidents in-house.
• You will perform source code review to resolve customer incidents and problems.
• You will collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve incidents.
• You will understand business processes in (life science & pharmaceutical) industry.
• You will understand functionalities of Körber Pharma’s software products & project customizations and take initiatives to continuously improve.
• You will correspond with customers using application support communication tools (phone/email/ITSM system/online meetings).
• You will comply with established procedures and workflows (Service Now / IMS / agreements / SOPs).
• You will constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve design, document, and maintenance of Körber Pharma’s software products.
• You will develop project extensions and build non-GxP tools to monitor system health (incl. testing).
• You will maintain CMDB.
• You provide 24/7 support hotline on rotating schedule, if required.
   

Your profile:
 

• You have obtained a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS or Life Sciences field.
• You have hands-on experience in software development.
• Your proficiency with databases, Oracle or PostgreSQL is preferred.
• You are proficient with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• You have knowledge on Dockers and Kubernetes.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
• You possess excellent organization and problem-solving skills
• You have strong analytical skills;
• You are adaptable and multi-tasker.
• Your ITIL certification is a plus
• Your proficiency in multiple software programing languages is preferred.
• Your prior experience with supporting enterprise systems or pharmaceuticals or MES Systems is a plus.
• Your working experience in remote troubleshooting is a plus.
