We are currently seeking a WebLogic Administration to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and manage Oracle WebLogic Server environments.
• Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting of WebLogic servers.
• Manage WebLogic domains, Admin Server, Managed Servers, clusters, deployments, and JDBC/JMS resources.
• Monitor application and middleware performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Perform server start/stop, deployments, configuration changes, and environment maintenance.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Troubleshoot application connectivity, performance, JVM, and middleware-related issues.
• Configure and manage WebLogic clusters for high availability and load balancing.
• Work with application, infrastructure, database, and network teams to resolve technical issues.
• Perform log analysis and root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Support production releases and deployment activities.

Cloud & Container Technologies:

• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and cloud-based application environments.
• Experience working with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
• Knowledge of deploying and managing applications/workloads on OpenShift.
• Experience with Pods, Deployments, Services, Routes, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and container images.
• Troubleshoot application and middleware issues within containerized environments.
• Exposure to Kubernetes concepts and container orchestration is preferred.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Oracle WebLogic Administration.
• Hands-on experience with WebLogic Server, domains, clusters, deployments, JDBC/JMS, and JVM troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies.
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and production-support skills.
• Experience with monitoring and log-analysis tools.
• Good understanding of application deployment and middleware architecture.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Kubernetes/containerization knowledge.
• CI/CD and DevOps exposure.
• Shell scripting/automation.
• Experience with enterprise production environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or similar.

Experience: 5+ years preferred in WebLogic/Middleware Administration, with relevant hands-on experience in Cloud and OpenShift/OCP.
