We are currently seeking a .NET AI Lead developer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

• Define and execute a roadmap for integrating AI/ML into our Platform Engineering workflows to streamline the "Code-to-Cloud" journey.
• Architect solutions that utilize LLMs and static/dynamic analysis tools to automatically identify and fix vulnerabilities, code smells, and configuration errors in GitHub.
• Build AI-assisted guardrails that enforce a "Safe Development Process," ensuring every microservice adheres to security and performance standards before deployment.
• Implement AI models to predict infrastructure bottlenecks and automate scaling or remediation efforts within our cloud environment.
• Provide architectural guidance on transitioning legacy components into an intelligent microservices framework, focusing on inter-service communication and automated discovery.
• Evaluate and integrate AI-native tools into our existing GitHub and CI/CD pipelines to enhance developer productivity and reduce cognitive load.
• Experience with LLM orchestration, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning models for coding tasks.
• Expertise in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Advanced knowledge of GitHub Actions, API integration, and automated repository management.
• Proven track record in designing Microservices and distributed systems at scale.
• Proficiency in Python or other specifically for building automation tooling.
• Strong understanding of security-first development and how AI can automate compliance.
• You aren't just building another application, you are building the engine that enables all other engineers to work faster and safer. You will have to redefine what "Platform Engineering" looks like in the age of Generative AI.
