SAP Concur + Appzen + Cognos

Key Responsibilities
SAP Concur Application Support
•    Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Concur Expense and Request modules.
•    Perform application configuration and maintenance activities.
•    Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and user issues.
•    Support enhancements, defect fixes, and minor development activities.
•    Manage user access provisioning, profile creation, and role modifications.
•    Validate system design changes and configuration updates.
•    Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
•    Support country-specific expense policies and workflow changes.
Integration & Technical Support
•    Monitor and support integrations between SAP Concur and SAP ECC/SAP ERP systems.
•    Investigate and resolve interface failures and data processing issues.
•    Support accounting extract processes, expense settlement, and reconciliation activities.
•    Coordinate with middleware and technical teams for issue resolution.
AppZen Support ( Basic exposure Required)
•    Support AppZen audit platform operations and user queries.
•    Assist in configuration updates, audit model changes, and Mastermind updates.
•    Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with AppZen support teams.
•    Support audit compliance activities and exception management.

Cognos Reporting Support (Basic Experience Required)
•    Support maintenance and troubleshooting of existing Cognos reports.
•    Assist business users with report execution and scheduling.
•    Coordinate reporting enhancements and dashboard modifications.
•    Work with reporting teams to fulfill reporting requirements.
Operational & Compliance Activities
•    Execute internal and external audit controls within agreed timelines.
•    Monitor application health, scheduled jobs, and housekeeping activities.
•    Support 90+ Standard Accounting Extract jobs related to SAP posting and settlement processes.
•    Ensure data integrity, application stability, and compliance with organizational policies.
•    Prepare support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
AMS & Continuous Improvement
•    Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
•    Support release deployments and post-production validation activities.
•    Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements.
•    Contribute to knowledge transfer sessions and maintain support documentation.
Required Skills
•    Strong experience with SAP Concur Expense and Request modules.
•    Experience in Concur configuration and administration.
•    Knowledge of expense reimbursement processes and approval workflows.
•    Experience in user administration, access management, and profile maintenance.
•    Understanding of Concur integrations with SAP ERP/SAP ECC systems.
•    Ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
•    Basic knowledge of Cognos Reporting.
•    Basic knowledge of AppZen audit platform.
•    Understanding financial processes including expense management and reimbursements.
•    Familiarity with ITIL support processes and AMS engagement models.

Preferred Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
•    SAP Concur certification preferred.
•    Exposure to Finance, Procurement, or Shared Services operations.
•    Experience supporting global enterprise SaaS applications.
•    Knowledge of audit and compliance processes.
