We are currently seeking a Salesforce - Onsite Support Staff to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana (US-IN), United States (US).

 

Job Function/Day to Day
Creating, configuring, and maintaining custom reports and dashboards 
Managing users, permissions, profiles, list views and groups 
Creating and customize page layouts 
Editing and maintaining data quality, account, and contact information 
Developing and maintaining Salesforce training materials 
Creating and managing workflows/process builder 
Supporting creation and migration of new development features 

Required Qualifications: 

NOTE - US Citizenship is required for this role. GSOC verification will be required post-selection.
5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience, including configuring Salesforce by creating and managing profiles, roles, custom fields, complex formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes 
5 + years hands-on experience with access mgmt, data loader and workbench.  
Support experience with force.com, Sales Cloud and/or Certinia (aka Financialforce). 
3+ years experience with analyzing force.com logs, Mulesoft logs and Splunk./SFDC Adv Admin Cert Able to support both L1 & L2 tickets 

Salesforce Admin Certified 

Preference Qualifications: 
Understanding of CRM related business processes like Sales Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Partner Program and Relationship Management, Pipeline Management, Order Management, Account Management, and Case Management  
 
Ideal Mindset:
