NTT DATA Services currently seeks a System Administrator - Indio, CA to join our team in Indio, California (US-CA), United States (US).

 

 

Duties:

- Performs installation, customization and maintenance of the network and server operating system and system software products in support of business processing requirements.

- Evaluates and integrates new operating system versions, drivers, and hardware

- Provides technical expertise for system transitions, migrations and consolidations

- Performs incident resolution, problem determination and root cause analysis in accordance with Service Level Agreements

 

Requirements:

- Design, install, configure and optimize Windows Servers to achieve high availability and performance of the various hospital applications supported

- Provide ongoing support and administration for Windows based server systems and conduct research for and maintain Hospital systems and utilities

- Apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments

- Develop general and detailed documentation describing system specifications and operating instructions

- Work with customers and vendors to coordinate and resolve complex application and systems issues in a timely manner

- Provide server usage evaluations and hardware configuration recommendations as required

- Provide operational and technical support as needed

- Ensure user satisfaction and understanding of computerized systems through implementation assistance, maintenance, user training and documentation

- Acts as a technical resource for IS staff on the host systems installed and other areas of expertise

 

Basic Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of Systems Administration experience

- Windows operation system experience

- Virtural environment experience

 

Preferred Skills:

- Cisco experience
