We are currently seeking a Celonis Analyst to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Day to Day job Duties: 

• Design and develop process mining analyses using Celonis EMS to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map as-is processes.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and custom analyses using Celonis PQL and other platform features.
• Support process transformation initiatives by providing insights from Celonis analyses.
• Work with data engineers to extract, transform, and load (ETL) relevant data into Celonis.
• Continuously monitor, maintain, and improve Celonis data models and visualizations.

• Strong knowledge of process mining principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency with PQL (Process Query Language) and Celonis IBC/EMS.
• Experience integrating Celonis with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow.
• Solid SQL skills and understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Python or R for extended analytics capabilities.
• Familiarity with BPMN or process mapping tools.
• Experience in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Celonis Analyst or Implementation certification.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or process improvement roles, with 2–3+ years specific to Celonis EMS.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field. Certification (Good to have)
• The Certification is Mandate once you get selected.
