We are currently seeking a IV&V Business Analyst to join our team in Jackson, Mississippi (US-MS), United States (US).
The IV&V Business Analyst will work as part of a team providing Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services to assess the Child Support module of the Integrated Eligibility System (IES) program. She/he will actively participate in IV&V tasks, activities, and associated deliverables to assess risks to program schedule, cost, compliance, and functionality. This role requires a strong understanding of Child Support, preferably in an Integrated Eligibility System.
This position will actively participate in the delivery of tasks/activities and associated deliverables, providing support for the team while developing the skills necessary to advance along the business and IT consulting career path. In collaboration with other NTT DATA Government Consulting and Advisory (GCA) consultants, the selected candidate will work as part of the project team to support the development of deliverables and work products to help the client achieve organizational goals.
Other responsibilities of this position include:
- Conduct interviews, attend meetings and review artifacts to understand application, integration and reporting architecture
- Define future state system/solution architecture in alignment with business needs and challenges
- Contribute to emerging hypothesis, estimation, project summaries, and prioritization activities project summaries, and prioritization activities
- Perform independent assessments of overall project status and health
- Interview key stakeholders
- Review and make recommendations on the management of the project
- Document issues and risks based on artifact reviews and stakeholder interviews
- Conduct an analysis of Program performance and identify areas for improvement with recommendations
- Review and analyze all project planning and management artifacts
- Review all Project deliverables for accuracy, completeness and adherence to requirements
- Assess stakeholder involvement and “buy-in”
- Assess State and DDI Contractor understanding of project scope, goals/outcomes/requirements, deliverables, and milestones
- Monitor progress toward Certification and produce required IV&V reports
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Business Analyst role/capacity providing services on a large scale, modular business and technology modernization project
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with Government agencies and programs
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Independent Verification and Validation/Oversight services
- Undergraduate degree or 4 years equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Additional agile training, experience, or qualifications
Preferred Skills:
- Health and Human Services Experience
- Experience with Child Support Program
- Experience with Federal systems certification
- Knowledge of industry standards, PMI, CMMI, NIST, and IEEE
- Ability to apply industry best practices and future state/federal mandates to existing systems
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $97,132- $120,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
