Machine Learning Engineer - Onsite - Jalisco, GL, Mexico AI Prompt Engineers are responsible for designing, refining, and optimizing prompts to interact effectively with AI models. This role is critical for ensuring that AI-generated content is accurate, relevant, and engaging. Responsibilities include Creating effective prompts that elicit the desired responses from AI models. Testing various prompts and analyzing the outputs to refine the prompts further. Working with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to improve prompt designs and AI performance. Ensuring that prompts adhere to ethical guidelines, including fairness, bias mitigation, and cultural sensitivity. Continuously monitoring AI performance and adjusting prompts as needed. Documenting prompt strategies and outcomes to share insights and best practices. Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and AI behaviors. Keen awareness of ethical considerations in AI and the ability to incorporate them into prompt design. • Designs and develops machine learning models to detect anomalies, malware, phishing, and other cyber threats. • Applies AI techniques such as natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and reinforcement learning to use cases. • Processes and analyzes large volumes of security data (e.g., logs, network traffic, threat intelligence) to train predictive models. • Collaborates with cybersecurity teams to integrate intelligent systems into threat detection, incident response, and risk management workflows. • Builds automated systems for real-time threat monitoring, classification, and prioritization. • Evaluates model performance and accuracy, tuning algorithms to reduce false positives and improve detection rates. • Implements secure and ethical AI practices, ensuring models are explainable, auditable, and compliant with regulations. • Develops and maintains data pipelines for continuous learning and model updates. • Supports forensic investigations by uncovering hidden patterns and correlations in complex datasets. • Stays current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity, continuously enhancing analytical capabilities. |
• Engage in data science tasks, including selecting appropriate models and systems, identifying key patterns, and determining vital features. • Manage data access and the implementation of systems for efficient data storage. • Streamline data access protocols. • Establish and maintain robust database connections. • Apply your expertise in Machine Learning to develop and refine algorithms. • Build and maintain Flask applications. • Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (product, engineering) to drive product innovation and efficiency. • Tackle and resolve intricate technical challenges. • Design, implement, and maintain machine learning models and algorithms • Work alongside cross-functional teams to integrate ML/AI solutions into broader product and service offerings. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost. Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML services. Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation. Solid knowledge of software engineering principles and version control (e.g., Git). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker). Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Publications or contributions to open-source ML projects. |
