We are currently seeking a Cloud Engineer - AWS IoT to join our team in Jalisco, Guadalajara, MX, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

| Collaborates on the design, development and testing of technical solutions. Utilizes strong coding and script skills to re-engineer, automate and streamline business processes for clients. Installs, configures and troubleshoots virtual servers and network issues. Responsible for ensuring proper code documentation is completed. Participates in project kick-off calls and solution delivery handoff meetings. • Builds and maintains secure cloud infrastructure across platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Implements cloud security controls including firewalls, IAM policies, encryption, and secure networking. • Automates cloud deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation with security embedded. • Monitors cloud environments for threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance violations using SIEM and cloud-native tools. • Collaborates with cybersecurity teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and cloud operations. • Ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001) in cloud configurations. • Conducts regular security assessments and penetration testing of cloud resources. • Responds to cloud security incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing remediation strategies. • Keeps cloud systems updated with the latest patches and security enhancements. • Educates teams on secure cloud practices, promoting a DevSecOps culture. |

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or related roles. Proficiency in one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell). Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration in cloud environments. Preferred Qualifications: Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate). Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible). Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus). |
• Individuals have a deep understanding of their own area. • They have a limited understanding of related subject areas. • They manage critical projects with general direction and may allocate some work to others. • Acts as the technical owner of all modules in at least one Business Area (like Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources (HR), or CRM) within the Cloud Solution system. • Plans and directs studies of potential electronic data processing applications, prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation. • Recommendations and decisions made can affect the achievement of a project or team objectives or performance. • Contributes to Developing Assets, Accelerators, Point Solutions and Differentiators for one Business Process Flow. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6-8 years of experience in cloud engineering or related roles. Proficiency in one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell). Experience containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration in cloud environments. Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate). Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus). Exposure to hybrid or multi-cloud environments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. |

Participates as an authority (speaker or publisher) in relevant industry events and/or forums. • Effectively communicates technology or industry future direction to leadership, team and clients. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6-8 years of experience in cloud engineering or related roles. Proficiency in one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate). Strong experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell). Experience containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration in cloud environments. Strong experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible). Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments. Ability to coach junior members Preferred Qualifications: Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus).
