We are currently seeking a Java/J2EE Services Senior/Lead Developer (Onsite Hybrid) to join our team in Jersey city, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

Seeking a seasoned Java/J2EE developer to lead web-service development and integration efforts within a dynamic banking environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building scalable webservices using Spring Boot, integrating RESTful APIs, and delivering secure, high-performance solutions aligned with financial industry standards.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Design and develop enterprise-grade services using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot
• Lead API integration initiatives across internal and external banking systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, performance, and scalability
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions
• Drive innovation in digital banking solutions through agile development practices

Basic Qualifications: 

• 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development

• 10+ years of Experience in banking or financial services domain - specific to payment processing like ACH and Wire.
• 10+ years of Experience in working large scale multi tier transaction based platforms.
• 10+ years of Solid understanding of security, performance tuning, and service orchestration
• 10+ years of Experience in working on agile and service-oriented architecture
• 10+ years of Hands on experience in working applications with Openshift platforms

Degree: Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT related degree or equivalent work experience
