This position works with Healthcare account leaders to define migration strategy and designs improved processes to deliver ITIL based service support and technical account management. 

 

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Healthcare Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Joshua Tree, CA.  As a Healthcare Business Systems Analyst, you will provide cost-effective business systems and applications analysis in support of the development and implementation of business applications.

 

Responsibilities

-Coordinate the operational support for application systems, including data integrity, security, confidentiality, maintenance, training, vendor interaction and project management for new product installations and updates

-Apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve system issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems

-Assist in IT projects and upgrades as assigned

-Maintain data files, monitor system configuration to ensure data entry integrity

 

Requirements

-2+ years of experience implementing, supporting or maintaining IT systems

-2+ years of healthcare experience

-Prior experience with hospital based applications, such as Centricity, Varian or Meditech

-Experience with HL7 Interface

-Experience with SQL databases and report writing

-Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills

-Ability to manage multiple complex tasks efficiently while successfully meeting assigned deadlines

-Other required functions include walking in a large hospital environment, sitting for long periods of time, use of office equipment such as PC, typing on the keyboard, laptop, phone, fax and copy machine

 

Preferences

-Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply technical knowledge to business situations

-Ability to proactively pursue problem resolution to satisfy customer needs
