We are currently seeking a Program Manager - SDLC to join our team in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

Role Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

- Plan and manage multiple projects running in parallel working with the various teams in planning and execution of projects.

- Identify resolutions for project issues and the mitigation of identified risks. Ability to communicate to key stakeholders.

- Monitor and report out of overall project status and cross-team dependencies. Take corrective actions as needed.

- Work with stakeholders to manage and execute User Acceptance Testing.

- Interact with Business & Technical Leads, Data Architects, other leads, team members, Sr. Implementation Managers as required to support the projects.

- Analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to analyze technical and business issues and provide resolution options.

- Leverage background and experience to develop new and/or revise existing solutions and approaches.

- Work in multi-vendor partner environment.

- As appropriate, deliver regular management updates or large-scale presentations to key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

- 8+ years Program Management managing technical teams using Software development life cycle (Waterfall and Agile), including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.

- 5 years of experience in development and implementation of software applications.

- Design, development, test, and implementation of large-scale business and technology integration initiatives supporting domestic and global investment processing services applications and systems.
- Agile methodology and experience in leading Scrum/ Scrum of Scrums
- Proven success in the prioritization of multiple tasks, interface among multiple project personnel, assessing risk, all forms of communication, and self and team motivation.
- Worked in a matrix organization with distributed teams

Education:

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science or applicable experience
