We are currently seeking a Field Tech Analyst - End User Computing to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal (IN-WB), India (IN).

Acts as a primary POC for a team of operational & professional level team members
providing IT Support
 Work is guided by operational and project objectives and measured on CSFs & KPIs aligned
to the same
 Sets and communicates clear expectations for work outcomes and assists to drive
performance of the team
 Assigns and drives daily deliverables for a larger field service team or a supplier
relationship
 Regularly coaches and mentors peer team members
 Regularly reviews the work and performance of peer team members in alignment to project
deliverables and ensures team achieves specific performance metrics
 Work on Day to Day Incident Resolution & Request Fulfilment aligned to ITIL Framework
 Involved with IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommision ) for Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Printers
and other IT Equipment and Peripherals as needed, between desks, floors or buildings as
required )
 Supports team in business process improvements

 Includes 1-3 years managerial/leadership experience
 Experience in End User Computing, IT Support, Asset Management needed
 Exposure to ITIL & Project Management Methodologies
 Experience in using ITSM Tools like Service Now, Remedy etc
 Strong negotiation skills
 Demonstrated strong leadership of personnel and of business objectives
 Advanced verbal and written communication skills
 Ability to physically perform general office requirements
 Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable
accommodations
 Travel including overnight domestic or international trips will be required

Willingness to work on rotational shifts 24x7.
