We are currently seeking a Application Production Support Analyst to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (MY-14), Malaysia (MY).

Roles/Responsibilities

• To provide system support and manage enhancement for DataStore applications.
• Providing Live Application deployment support (odd hours)
• Perform Level 2 and 3 of production support.
• To perform problem investigation – problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition and implementation.
• To work closely with users to understand their needs & issues.
• To manage system risks and conjure improvements to mitigate and manage risks.
• Provide installation support for DataStore applications.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Application Technical Support on SSIS, MSSQL Database on Windows platform.
• Hands-on experience on PowerShell scripting, MS-DOS and MSSQL Server DB working experience and support.
• Knowledge in Banking IT environment will be a plus.
• 24 x 7 on call support.
• Willing to work at Cyberjaya/ KL.
• Able to work with cross border colleagues.
• Familiar with tools/practises such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum Methodology
