We are currently seeking a Compliance Senior Analyst to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

BPO Compliance Senior Analyst

This is a BPO Compliance Senior Analyst role, Wage is $54,000 and hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm CST. Schedules are subject to change to meet business needs. Must live in the Continental United States for this remote role.

 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 3 years of demonstrated expertise in life insurance OR annuities; understanding of products and concepts. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in U.S. Insurance Laws and Regulations and an understanding of the Privacy Laws.
  • 1 year of experience communicating with insurance company home offices ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities: 

This position assists and supports the organization in complying with, as well as the ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of conformance to, the requirements of State and Federal Privacy Regulations and/or regulatory agencies. Performs evaluation of internal operations, controls, communications, assessments, and maintenance of documentation as related to privacy regulatory compliance and recommends appropriate changes. Monitors and analyzes potential privacy and fraud escalates to the Client carries for review and reporting

 
  • Assist with questions and understanding of U.S. State and Federal Insurance Laws and Regulations involving Privacy and Fraud.
  • Reviewing and logging potential privacy incidents.
  • Escalating suspected privacy activity to Clients and assisting with questions.
  • Working with Clients and assisting with internal audits that are sent to Compliance in relation to privacy processing and escalations.
  • Work with other Compliance team members to create projects based on suspected privacy and fraud activity.
  • Draft, maintain, prepare documents such as procedures, job aids, and matrices.
  • Monitors functional and operational areas for compliance risks related to State and Federal privacy or fraud regulations.
  • Able to make independent decisions that have a significant impact on strategic direction.
  • Provide regulatory compliance expertise whenever needed.
  • Maintain, prepare other compliance documents or agreements as needed.
